What To Expect:
Deep/remedial Tissue Massage is exactly as it sounds – a massage that gets deep into your muscles, making it perfect for those who find oil massage too soft, or those who looking for relief from sport induced muscle aches.
This style of massage helps release tight knots, shift built up lactic acid, stimulate blood flow increasing nutrients for tissue repair and improve restricted motion.
We use a combination of oil and a Chinese herbal balm that bring their own therapeutic benefits.
Please note, while many do enjoy deep/remedial tissue massage, it is a therapeutic style, not a ‘relaxing’ technique. If you are looking for a more spa-like treatment, then we recommend Chinese massage.
